Uploading Multiple Folders and Files to SharePoint Online documents library

How do I upload multiple files or folders to SharePoint online sites?

To upload multiple files or folders, just click on add documents

You will get the following options to drag files and folders here or browse for files instead

Thanks for your Blog,I can choose files only. but folders can’t be selected.

As an admin, I can upload multiple files, but my users (with Contributor rights) are not able to do so. Is there a setting I need to activate?
