How to replace SharePoint 2010 Site Icon with my custom logo?

1. Browse to your SharePoint Server site and click Site Actions ➪ View All Site Content.
2. From Document Libraries, go to style library and upload your logo

3. Click Site Actions ➪ Site Settings, and under Look and Feel click Title, description, and icon.
